2. For Photographers
Volunteer Basis
All work undertaken by photographers through Positive Focus is voluntary and unpaid.
Training Requirement
Photographers must complete Positive Focus’s training course before accessing charity project listings.
Copyright and Usage Rights
• Photographers retain the copyright of their images unless otherwise agreed with the charity.
• Charities receive usage rights for agreed purposes, such as campaigns or social media.
• Positive Focus is not liable for disputes over image usage; these must be resolved directly between photographers and charities.
Insurance

3. For Charities
Free Access
Charities can join Positive Focus and access photography services at no cost.
Project Posting
Charities must provide clear, accurate briefs when posting photography needs.
Copyright and Usage Rights
• Charities agree to use photos solely for the purposes agreed upon with the photographer.
• Any additional usage must be discussed and approved by the photographer.
Responsibility for Collaboration
Positive Focus facilitates connections but does not manage individual projects. Charities and photographers must independently agree on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
